1. Account data
When you create an account, we store your name, email, and hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we may store your Google ID and basic profile data returned by Google, such as email and name. For security and administration, we may also store technical data such as IP address, user agent, signup time, and last login time.

The service uses essential session cookies for login, form security, and language preference. The application does not use advertising cookies.
4. Purpose of processing
Data is used to create accounts, sign users in, submit and manage reports, display the map, let admins manage members, and protect the service from abuse.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Some data, such as the photo and location of an approved report, may be shown publicly as part of the map functionality.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept as long as needed for the service to operate. You may request correction or deletion of your account and reports where technically and legally possible.
